Specific case of Free Samples: The Buyer can add to his order a kit of three free samples maximum (see details on the Free Samples item).

- If the kit is added to an order of paid products, the delivery is done on the above terms and prices applied to the paid product(s), and the samples are added to the parcel.

- If the kit is ordered alone, it can only be shippe to Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco and European Union by LA POSTE (Lettre Max Suivie or PostExport Suivi). The Buyer is asked to pay reduced shipping costs of 3,90€ VAT incl. for France and 7,90€ VAT incl. for European Union, and a voucher granting free delivery to the same area in the next six weeks is issued for him.

COLISSIMO

- For deliveries to Metropolitan France, Monaco and Corsica : Colissimo is a service by La Poste.The price for this delivery method is 6 € VAT included, and FREE for all orders above 60.00 €. This company offers a tracked delivery service without signature. The Buyer can track his parcel thanks to a parcel tracking number received by email. The parcel is delivered directly into his mailbox. Should the mailbox be too small or not found, the parcel is handed directly to the recipient or, in case of absence, to any other resident willing to take it for him (neighbour, caretaker...), or a note is left for the recipient to come and pick up his parcel at the Post Office. Average delivery time is 2 to 4 working days from the registration of the order. Huygens commits to make its best efforts to hand the parcel to La Poste on the same day for orders placed before noon.

- For deliveries within the European Union and the special territories mentioned above: The company provides a tracked and signed delivery service. The shipping fee is €12 (incl. VAT) and FREE for all orders over €75 (incl. VAT). The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. For any order placed before 12 PM, HUYGENS commits to making its best efforts to hand over the package to La Poste on the same day.

- For deliveries to all other countries worldwide: The company provides a tracked and signed delivery service. Shipping costs range from €22 to €26, depending on the destination country, weight, and volume of the package. The average delivery time is 3 to 4 business days.

MONDIAL RELAY

- For deliveries to Mainland France, Corsica, and Monaco: Mondial Relay offers the option to collect your package at a designated Point Relay, chosen from over 8,500 locations. Shipping costs are €5 and are free for all orders over €50.

Delivery delays cannot result in any penalty, compensation, or order cancellation. However, if the maximum delivery time of 30 days is exceeded, HUYGENS commits to reimbursing the customer for the full order amount as soon as possible.

HUYGENS reserves the right to extend delivery times from December 1st to January 1st in the event of high order volumes. If the delivery time is extended, the customer will be informed before finalizing their order.

The customer must provide a valid delivery address. If the address is incorrect, HUYGENS cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product.
